These rare pages are from SSVC
(Services Sound and Vision Corporation)
Television which broadcasts to the UK Services
posted overseas. Magazines 1 to 5 contained
the same pages as BBC2. Magazine 6 was
subtitled Forcestext for Germany and
magazine 7 'Cytext' for viewers in Cyprus.
SSVC
has now been renamed BFBS Television
In these pages from August 2002 you can
see
that page 100 still carries the Ceefax logo from
the time before last! The pages are in magazines
1 to 5 are directly from BBC2 London Ceefax.
The newsreel on BFBS 152 is in sync with
the in-vision pages from Ceefax.
There
seem to be some graphics missing
here, and from p869 below.
