Unusually, Anglia have chosen not to lie
about PDC. Most other regions have lied by describing PDC as just a facility to program
videos from teletext listings, claiming they fully support the service.
Anglia have been honest in describing what PDC really is, and admitting that
they do not currently broadcast a full PDC service.
